By placing order with WowCover.com you agree to the Terms & Conditions stated below.


Order Process

You place order by selecting the items you want, giving some explanation about your product and preferences in the briefing form, submitting images that you want to include (if any) and then processing your payment. Allow 24 hours (or less) for us to check your order, learn your briefing form, and reach back to you. We might ask for additional details if the briefing is not clear enough, or if everything’s fine, we will inform you that we are ready to go ahead.


Design Presentation

You will receive the first design presentation in 3 business days (or less) after we have confirmed your order.  The initial presentation will consist of 3 design alternatives which you can choose.



You can always ask for any revision until you find the one that you are happy with. No limitation. The turn around time for every revision is 1-2 days depends on the scale of the works.


Final Files

The final files will be delivered to you within 24 hours after we get the approval for the design. The format is in JPEG or PNG and optimized for web usage. The dimension and size vary, according to the items you order.


Source File

We provide the source file for you who want to be able to do some modification by yourself  in the future. The file is in editable PSD (Adobe Photoshop format). It’s an add-on item, which you can buy if you want to.

Secure Online Payment

We use PayPal as payment processing partner. If you do not have a PayPal account, just select the option to pay with a credit card on the checkout page (for certain countries Paypal requires you to create an account). PayPal will sent a payment confirmation to your email for every transaction you have done.


Refund Policy

If you don’t feel satisfied after receiving the initial draft and don’t want to continue the process further, you may ask for order cancellation, and we will refund your money 100%.

If for any reason, you want to cancel the job while it is still in progress (in the middle of refinement process), we will refund 50% of your payment.

We do NOT issue refunds for finished jobs, means the design works has been approved and final files has been done / delivered.


Artwork Ownership

The final design / artwork is owned by you. You may use it in any way you like.
